WHAT IS DUAL-FREEZE COFFEE?
A unique registered brand name owned by Gold Choice derives from the application of namely FREEZE CONCENTRATION & FFREEZE-DRYING under ultra-low temperature during the production of this series of premium instant coffee. The objectives of the aforesaid techniques are to retain the original flavour, aroma and all desired properties of Arabica coffee beans which are hands-picked.
With the technology (Dual-Freeze) to retain all the original tatste and flavours that means NO ARTIFICIAL COFFEE FLAVOURING is added.
FREEZE CONCENTRATION
The process of fractional crystallization of water into ice and separation of the ice crystal from the freeze concentrated liquid coffee extract under low process temperature excellent for the retention of coffee aroma and flavour components.
FREEZE-DRYING
Freeze concentrated liquid coffee extract is further frozen at ultra-low temperature. Remaining ice crystals will sublimate and the dewatering process in the vacuum chamber which allows the coffee structure to remain of which its taste, texture, nutrients and aroma will stay intact to its best.
REFINED FREEZE-DRIED COFFEE GRANULES TO ACHIEVE CONSISTENCY & UNIFORMITY IN EVERY SACHET
In order to maintain the consistency of quality by achieving close to zero gap in the taste and aroma of each sachet; we step up additional production process by turning the coffee granules in standard size into a more refined mixture to enhance its uniformity.
